Vipul Patel -Vipul is a strategic planning professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory for augmenting operational and financial efficiencies of businesses including identifying opportunities for Mergers & Acquisitions and other corporate restructuring strategies. Bringing innovative ideas on the table to solve the issues is his forte. In his 30 plus years of professional experience, he has worked with cross border sovereign entities, liasoning with Governments & international institutions like the World Bank, EBRD, ADIA and other sovereign wealth funds, raising capital in infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy and defence. He is currently advising several corporate houses and PSUs in attracting Private Placement and guiding them in re-lending it in infrastructure projects, green-field or otherwise.

Mr. Patel, during his long professional career, has advised governments of several countries including but not limited to Georgia, Malaysia, Qatar, Nigeria, Zambia, etc for strategic security and inter-governmental corporations. He also has headed Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Security Equipment and Realty businesses located in Europe, Africa and Asia. He has been actively engaged in financial research and investment advisory and concluded several fund raisings amounting over several billion dollars by debt, equity and structured instruments. He is closely associated with several global investors and also represents a few Private Investors based out of Europe and Middle East for advancing funds specifically to Green Projects Re-lenders.

 

Tony Littlejohns -Tony Littlejohns has some 25 years experience in the commodities sector, in 2005 he established, funded and led a Western European based private commodity group of companies under the Evolve Group banner. These companies were principally active within the oil and gas sectors, and metals and diamond industries, with affiliated companies in Western Europe, Middle East and Russia, and eventually expanded into soft commodity trades. In parallel to the above, he was active in emerging markets with satellite offices in South America. He also invested in a broad spread of start-up or developing companies, including ventures in software development, motorsport, and property, with an objective of future sales.

 

Roger Crowe -Roger Crowe has some 40 years broad based experience including qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Beginning with leading accountancy firm, Deloitte, his experience grew to encompass major international and merchant banking operations on three continents, and includes high-level management consultancy, and the international insurance industry. Since 2006 Roger has operated as a partner in a private project finance and development company.

 

Keith Rowe-Has versatile experience in Business Value Preposition, his vast experience in various industries like banking, finance, FMCG, Manufacturing, Insurance etc give him a competitive edge. He has been instrumental in guiding various industries through growth, expansion, joint ventures, closure etc. by providing exclusive turn-key HR solutions. With his strong network and business scenario awareness he has been able to guide many organizations, Indian and Multinational both in various business scenarios. His experience spectrum contains Proprietorship organization, Joint Ventures, Multinational, Exports, Finance, NBFCs, FMCGs etc. He is constantly updated on the changing political and economic environment in the country. He has been consulting various organizations in finding leaders / Mentors and also people for change management. His extensive travel and networking strength make him a versatile business person. Though Talent Acquisition is his key area of interest but Keith Rowe has successfully completed various Business Turnaround projects as Consultant. His commitment levels are appreciated by clients and associates alike.

 

Jitesh Muchchal -He has work experience of more than 15 years in Indian & Asian stock research, transaction advisory services, and managing tech-startups. He has worked with brokerage firms and boutique investment banking firms advising institutions & funds investing in the Indian stock market, and involved in raising funds for corporates via debt & equity. Jitesh has extensively worked in financial modelling, writing research reports, preparing Information Memorandum, structuring transactions, analysing & evaluating investment possibilities and market trends. He is an MBA Finance and CFA.

 

Sandeip Khakase-Sandeip has around 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, economic analysis and business advisory. He has been instrumental in many corporate financing and strategic advisory transactions across the globe. He has been associated with transactions of over US$ 1bn in almost all industries including, inter alia, Power (renewable and conventional), Pharma, Infra, Retail, Realty, Mining, Chemical, Steel, Cement, Paper, Oil and others. He has conducted economic research on several countries like China, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, UAE, etc. Sandeip, a chemical technocrat and holds Masters in Management Studies (MMS) from Mumbai University. He is also qualified CPM (Certified Portfolio Manager) and PGDIA, LL.B and holds LL.M in Business and Corporate Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He is a doctoral research scholar in economics and visiting faculty in Amity University and has authored a book, “Demonetisation: A Masterstroke or Monumental Blunder” and published many articles in Indian and International journals including Scopus Indexed..
